In short

This website works without cookies, tracking, analytics tools or embedded third-party content. Fonts, images and audio samples are loaded exclusively from its own web space.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When pages are requested, the host processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer). This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log data is deleted or anonymised by the host after a short period. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.

Contacting me

If you contact me by email or phone, I process the details you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.

Audio player and local storage

The audio player plays files stored on the site’s own web space. The volume you set is stored only locally in your browser (local storage) so that it is kept for your next visit. This information never leaves your device and serves solely the function you requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Links to other providers

The website contains links to external services such as Songlink/Odesli, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram and podcast providers. These are plain links: data is only transferred once you click a link. The respective provider is responsible for processing on the linked pages.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please use the contact details above.
